We ship nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners.
Delivery Timeframes

- Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment is received.
Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Free delivery may apply for promotional periods or minimum order totals (if stated on the website).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- Courier tracking link
You can follow your parcel’s progress at any time.
Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address
If incorrect delivery details are provided:
- The parcel may be returned to us
- Re-delivery costs will be billed to the customer
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours with:

- Photos of packaging and product
