Refunds and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sleep Essentials. If you are not, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Returns Eligibility

You may return items within 7 days of receiving them if:

  • The product is unused
  • Still in its original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Due to hygiene reasons, pillows, mattress protectors, bedding, and sleep accessories may NOT be returned once opened or used.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos/videos of the issue
    We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Wrong Item Received

If we deliver the wrong product:

  • We will arrange collection at no cost
  • A replacement or refund will be processed immediately

Refund Process

Once the returned items are received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error was ours)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened bedding, pillows, and sleep essentials
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance and sale items (unless defective)

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • The product is unused
  • In original packaging
  • The requested item is in stock
  • Courier fees may apply.
